Preparation and revision of Record-of-rights including mouza map in accordance with the provisions of Land
reforms Act, 1955 amended from time to time and computerization of land records.Implementation of Land Reforms like vesting of ceiling surplus land and distribution thereof among the land less people,
recording the names of bargadars and homestead beneficiaries, disposal of application of Mutation, Conversion, Bhagchas cases and Land Revenue Exemption petitions etc. Mobilisation of resources from Land
Revenue, Royalty on Minor Minerals and Sairati interests including rent and selami for long term and short term settlement of vested non-agricultural land. |

Land Revenue & Cesses are being collected from each Revenue Inspector's office at Gram Panchayat level. In
Municipality areas, collection is made from collection camp at the Municipality office premises.Applications for mutation and updation of Record of rights U/S 50 of W.B.L.R.Act to be submitted to the
respective R.I. Offices or B.L. & L.R.O. Offices with the following charges to be paid in the form of Court Fee stamp or in Cash. |
